Clothespin Reindeer
I think you’ll agree, this clothespin reindeer would look awesome on your Christmas tree and could be mistaken for a shop bought Christmas ornament. Yes, they look that good.
I made some with my kids and they turned out great. And as they made a few extra, they decided to give them to friends and as a special gift for their classroom teachers.
They were quick to make if you use a hairdryer to speed up the paint drying time.

Paper Plate Angel
If you need a tree topper this year, then why not let your kids make one for you? This Paper Plate Angel would look just perfect atop of any Christmas Tree.
And as the kids would have made it themselves, it’ll mean so much more when they place it atop of the decorated tree.
These paper plate angels would also make good sideboard ornaments or Christmas table decorations, so why not make a few to place around the house.
There’s a little detail work in these little angels, so this Christmas Craft idea is more suited to older boys and girls.

Toilet Paper Reindeer
If the clothespin reindeer’s where a little too hard for small hands, then this toilet paper reindeer idea might suit your smaller children.

Clothespin Star
This Christmas Craft Idea is perfect if you’ve got some old wooden clothespin’s you were about to throw out. As you’ll be painting them and giving them extra bling it’ll be hard to tell them from the new ones.
Fortunately, wooden clothespins are still easy to find, and perhaps they are still making them just for the craft market. I’ve probably used more wooden clothespins for craft this year than I’ve bought for the clothesline.
Now you’ll need a particular type of wooden clothespin, so you can make them easily into a star. The old dolly pegs just won’t do in this craft.
Make a few and hang them around the home.

Paper Plate Wreath
If you’re needing a wreath for your door, then why not let the kids make you a paper plate wreath. Ideally, your door needs to be undercover as these don’t last too long in the rain.
These paper plate wreath can take a little time to make, so why not pop on your favorite Christmas Carols and turn this craft making time into a real special occasion.
And if you’re patient, you could replace the crepe paper with real leaves or holly. And although this will take much more time to put together, the end result could be will worth the effort.
